6 Week Summer Body by Anastasia Fitness

I dread sharing yet another "moms -journey- to- fitness" article so I promise this will not be that. I have a passion for health but very little time for the gym (life right?) I wanted to get professional help to get me from point A (post-partum and underweight) to point B (strong and healthy). I met with Becky , manager and personal trainer at Anastasia Fitness, I told her my goal was to gain weight and focus on rebuilding and strengthening my core and back. I was about 10lb less than pre-baby, and while I know being underweight sounds like the problem to have, building muscle doesn't come any easier than burning fat. My program was 4 days and sent directly to my phone so I had it wherever I went. The exercises were clearly written and if ever a problem arose Becky would demonstrate the move at the gym or promptly send me a video back answering all my questions. I loved the exercises, they were intense and gave me the feeling I was getting work done. While I have been going to the gym for years, I knew I wanted to see more dramatic results. It wasn't easy to show up every day especially knowing I had two toddlers in tow with me. To be honest, some days it was only vanity and child care that called me back. I started to notice results by the end of my second week and that really opened my eyes to how much I could push and change my body if I stuck to it. The program wasn't magic, but it was maximized to fulfill my personal goals, and when the changes were obvious, going to the gym became easy! I grew in a lot of ways pushing through this program, besides a bigger booty I got more confidence and a whole lot stronger! I loved the results so much, that I already committed to another 6-week program and I started yesterday!
